Non-Custom Items:

• We offer returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund (where applicable).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Items:

• Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Cancellation Policy
