We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’ve outlined our returns and cancellations policy below.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we're here to help!
Non-Custom Items:
- We offer returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund (where applicable).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Items:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive defective or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at velorastreet@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at velorastreet@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Once your order has been confirmed, we begin processing the items immediately.
- If you wish to cancel a custom order, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.
How to Apply for a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Email our Customer Support Team at velorastreet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval from our customer service team.
- After receiving approval, you will be provided with the return shipping instructions.
- Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, in some cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund.
- Refunds are only available for non-custom items that meet the return criteria.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method used. Processing times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Important Notes
- International Orders: This policy applies to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, please reach out to our Customer Service Team, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Unused Condition: All returns must be in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
